Positive: location is good in AL-Rashed Suburb, colse to Jordan University, King Huessin Cancer Center, and so many vital sites and restournats abit away from the city center, no traffic noise, you get from there to the city center by uber (1.5 JOD) overall, its good place, staff are good and cooperative
Negative: bed mattress is looks old, not clean, bed sheets also was not really clean the bed mattres its self is not comfortable i went there in novmeber, weather in jordan was a bit cold, so there was a problem in shower, no warm water since it jas a solar water system.
Summary: Overall it's good, but it needs some upgrades
