Summary: The house is typical for Avalon however there were some problems in this place for sure. The toilet ran constantly and was very loud at night. The old sofa pull out bed was broken and could not be used. The TV never worked for us even after many attempts to follow their directions. When we arrived the trash cans were full and since it was a Friday, we had to share trash with neighbors we knew. In defense of the management company we did not call for help or repairs. The place was clean but the couch and carpets are stained and bit sticky. We did have a nice stay even with all of the above, it's Catalina and things are a bit different there so you make do and this is my home town, so I get it.
