The additional second floor living room with entryway off of the deck provides an easy access to the beach, alongside with the lower level entrance to mud room completed with half bath, washer/dryer and third refrigerator and freezer for all of your beach snacks and pops.The great deck features a teak 8 person dining table, comfy sofa with a full chair set, propane fire pit and a grill.
