Welcome to the newest beach house on the block! This beautifully renovated, professionally decorated, oceanfront home offers stunning ocean views! Enter the home to be greeted by beautiful stairs that take you to the main living room, kitchen and dining room. The floor to ceiling windows offer beautiful sunset views all year round! The kitchen has stunning blue cabinets that perfectly compliment the contemporary design of the living room. Find a fireplace, Flat Screen TV and plenty of seating in the living room. The dining table offers seating for eight! Just past the dining table is a sliding glass door that leads to the balcony that extends the entire length of the home.
Down the hall is the two bedrooms and bathroom. Both bedrooms offer two double beds and the bathroom is has been beautifully updated.
On the first floor, is another living area with a large charcoal grey leather sectional that also offers amazing ocean views with floor to ceiling windows! There is a barn style sliding door that leads to the third bedroom. In this room is a king sized bed, and a sliding glass door to the private deck.
The private deck has a super cute picnic table to enjoy all your meals in the sun! And patio furniture with plenty of seating that will be perfect to watch every sunset on. The home is near the rock barrier where there’s a channel to the harbor so you look out the window and see sail boats sailing away to sea.
The house has a Keurig Coffee Maker, a waffle maker, boogie boards and board games for our guests to enjoy!
Pets are not permitted in this rental at anytime.
