The second floor boasts an open loft for sleeping or working, two spacious bedrooms (one with a king, the other with two twin-over-twin bunks, which can be converted to twin+twin king on bottom) and a full bath. Relax and watch the herons and ducks from the outdoor deck or sun room while the kids enjoy foosball/air-hockey/ping pong at the game table or croquet on the lawn. Launch kayaks (not included) minutes away in the Assawoman Canal. Perfectly located behind Sea Colony, minutes from downtown Bethany Beach and the Atlantic Ocean, and a short drive to Rehoboth and Ocean City. All seasons room. No smoking. DOG FRIENDLY!.
