Beautiful beachfront house, totally refurbished with high quality finishes.
On the ground floor you will find the open plan kitchen, the dining room and the large living room, whose sliding windows open directly onto the terrace and the private garden.
The style is modern, tasteful and luxurious.
On the first floor you will find two very large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, built-in closet and terrace.
On the top floor, the huge master suite with its oversized bed offers a breathtaking view of the sea from its terrace, a magnificent bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a dressing room.
You will also have access to the garage and a large laundry room.
The whole house is very sunny, with many details that will make your stay unforgettable, such as the beautiful fireplace, the LED lights to create a relaxing atmosphere, the Bluetooth mirror, etc…
The urbanization has wonderful lush gardens as well as a beautiful swimming pool with hydrojets, and direct access to the promenade and the beach.
