Entertain up to 20 guests with a fabulous home cooked meal in the family style dining room featuring both seating inside and outside on a private screen in back porch. Also located on the main floor are the first four of six bedrooms within the home. The first master suite offers guests a king sized bed, flat screen TV, sitting room and a newly renovated bathroom with heated floors, a walk-in stand up shower, and his & her sinks. The second master bedroom also offers a king size bed, ample closet space, and private access to the screened in pool area with a café table perfect for your early morning coffee. This second master bathroom also houses a Jacuzzi tub, stand up shower and a double vanity. The third bedroom on the main level has two twin beds and the forth bedroom features a twin bunk bed and a queen bed, perfect for kid’s rooms. Both rooms have flat screened TV’s and share a bathroom adjacent to them in the hallway which offers a tub shower combo and private access to the screened porch off the dining room. The third and top story of the home houses the last two bedrooms as well as a wet-bar containing a sink, mini-fridge and microwave. Like the other two master bedrooms, the third master features a king bed a private seating area where guests can lounge on the couch by the fireplace while watching the mounted flat screen TV. The newly remodeled master bathroom has a rainforest inspired walk-in shower, Jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and plenty of closet space. The last bedroom on the third floor features two queen beds which share an adjacent hallway bathroom with a walk in shower. Enjoy splashing around under the enclosed screened-in porch in the large private pool or sit back and relax in the hot tub. This two level patio provides guests multiple seating areas and loungers to catch the warm summer rays while they overlook their family and friends swimming around below. This home offers complimentary pool and spa heat from March through May and September through November only. (Must call the office in advance to schedule - it will not heat if the temperature drops below 55 degrees.) The lower level of the home offers a a separate studio style room provides guests with a lock off room that contains a small kitchenette, sleeper sofa, private bathroom, mounted flat screen television, and dining room perfect for guests looking for a private getaway when needed.
