Also blending seamlessly from the living room is a spectacular Carolina Room showcasing travertine flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, skylights and ceiling fans. From these expansive windows is a gorgeous Lowcountry vista of the world-famous Harbour Town Golf Links and of the home’s brick-edged private pool with abundant seating and whirlpool spa. Perpendicular to this view is an outside deck that overlooks a tranquil lagoon and moss-draped oaks. The dining room features a lovely farmhouse table for eight, offering plenty of elbow room. The adjacent gourmet-tier kitchen comprises a center island with flat cooktop, stainless steel appliances, solid surface countertops, plus counter seating for three. A nearby laundry closet features a full-sized brand-new washer and dryer. A spiral staircase descends to an entire floor of spectacular gaming, including foosball, ping-pong and air hockey. This floor accesses the lovely swimming pool and outdoor living space, which includes an outdoor kitchen with bar area, sink, two-burner stove and mini fridge. Back inside on the main floor, is the master bedroom in pale blue, offering a lovely king size bed, ceiling fan, loveseat and flat screen TV with DVD player.
