-Entrance: As you walk in you are greeted by an open concept living, dining & kitchen. Enjoy views of the rolling hill country even from the couch!
-Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with any appliance you could need. Enjoy a large breakfast nook attached to the kitchen that seats up to four guests! Cozy up on a foggy morning & watch the cattle graze while you sip coffee!
-Dining Area: Dining Table seats 6, a bar top in the kitchen that seats 2, plus the breakfast nook that seats 4. Plenty of seating for family and friends to enjoy meals!
-Living Room: Completely renovated living room with modern rustic decor, leather furniture, and a modern fireplace! This space is perfect to cozy up & enjoy your morning coffee or cuddle up for a movie/ game night around the 65" smart TV with Netflix & Hulu included!

**While guests can enjoy the spacious amenities the ranch has to offer, interacting with the cattle, at anytime, for any reason is strictly prohibited as they are wild animals.
ATV's are permitted on a case to case basis. Approval from the host must be received prior to arrival. ANY vehicle must stay on ranch roads, hay crop is grown in the pasture & failure to do so can result in a fine & damage to our hay crop.
All dogs must be kept on a leash outside of the backyard.***
