Not to mention access to some of the best fishing in Minnesota on 906 acre Hill Lake!! All of this plus a beautiful 9 hole golf course only steps away!! To top it off there are 100’s of miles of ATV/Snowmobile trails right around the corner! It’s time for a vacation! The space: This property has been remodeled and has some of the best views of the Hills Golf Course! This property has a fully furnished kitchen and a dining area that can seat four. The living area hosts a cozy wood-burning fireplace and a large sliding door to the deck where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the golf course! Bedroom #1 has a queen and twin size bed along with plenty of closet space. Bedroom #2/loft has a queen and twin sized bed and is overlooking the living and dining area! Guest access: Guest will have access to 2 pools (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day) the tennis court, basketball, shuffleboard, horseshoe, and ping pong. There is a beautiful 4 mile hiking/biking trail to Hill City where you can go for a bite to eat or hike down to the Hill Lake Beach.
