Summary: The place was in a great location. Unfortunately I cannot provide a fair rating because we were unable to stay due to water issues / damage. When we walked into the unit upon check in , there was water all over the kitchen floor and the running water was turned off. Thankfully, the property management company was wonderful to work with and put us up in another building. Being on the 3rd floor, you have incredible views. The unit is small - just enough for two people and no more. The bedroom is at the back of the unit. It would have sufficed for sleeping, showering and enjoying a coffee at sunrise and wine at night on the balcony.
