Summary: The condo itself was well maintained and in good shape. The bed in the master bedroom was VERY firm. It took some getting used to, but I slept fine. The room with two queen beds and another full bath was perfect for my kids.The views from the balconies are great. The indoor pool and sauna were broken and not usable as advertised. The outdoor family pool also had a broken heater and was not usable until the very end of the trip. We allowed our children to swim in the adults only (serenity pool) until residents became angry at us. Many residents were very rude and not understanding. I would never have booked a trip to HHI in March if I knew the indoor pool and heated outdoor family pool wasn't working. We did get an alert about the indoor pool/sauna but it was a day before our trip. This left no time to cancel. We were never told the outdoor pool heater was broken. This was very disappointing. I found many of the owners to be rude. You can tell they do not like that some of their neighbors rent out their units for short-term rentals. Again, the condo itself was great...my issue was with amenities on the property. I would stay again, if the pools were fixed so that I could avoid curmudgeons who don't like (well-behaved) kids.
