This phenomenal Resort offers two lagoon pools with spas 4200 square feet each, heated indoor pool, game room, fitness center, men and women's steam room and sauna, a 5000 square feet conference center, indoor movie theater and media center, FREE WIFI, a covered walkway from parking deck to the condo. Our 1,670 square foot PLATINUM PENTHOUSE UNIT has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a bunk room. This 30th floor corner condominium has floor to ceiling glass surrounding the entire living and dining areas and has spectacular, breathtaking views! Step outside on the wrap around balcony to enjoy the view as well as feel the ocean breeze. BE SURE TO BRING BINOCULARS! You will be able to see some amazing marine life! The master bedroom features a gulf view of the emerald green waters and a king size bed with private bath. the second bedroom also features a gulf view and has a queen bed and private bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed and shares a full bath with the bunk room. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar and anything you might need in the kitchen to make you feel at home. There are 4 flat screen TV's for you enjoyment. The furnishings are beach elegant and extremely comfortable. You will want to check out Pier Park less than 1/2 mile away, which is in walking distance. .Here you will find dining, shopping and entertainment to satisfy everyone!! There is a 144-plex movie theater, Dillard's, Target, Ron Jon, and many more specialty shops. Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, and Back Porch restaurant face the gulf with open air porches, a breeze off the water and beautiful scenery. There is nothing like this on the panhandle anywhere! Ripley's Believe it Or Not and the waterpartk Shipwreck Island are also close by, don't miss doing this with the kids!
