Our 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom waterfront townhome is nestled among the trees in the heart of Seagrove, a charming community centrally located along 30a! 55 Shannon Drive offers direct access to Eastern Lake and is located just 4 blocks from the sugar white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Our charming home features a fully equipped kitchen, a family friendly floor plan, a spectacular screened-in back porch and a private dock overlooking the water. Whether you’re headed to the beach, relaxing on the back porch or fishing on the dock, fun is always on the horizon at 55 Shannon Drive!
The first floor of our 2-story townhome offers a fully equipped kitchen, a living area, a dining area, a half bath and a cozy bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen features full-size appliances and is equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare and serve a gourmet meal. For the chef in the family, there is an outdoor gas grill. In addition to breakfast bar seating, guests can enjoy seating for 6 in the dining area as well as ample seating on the back porch. The thoughtfully designed living space is the perfect place to relax after a long day of sun and sand and offers plush furnishings and an oversized television. From the living area, guests can access an oversized back porch complete with outdoor furnishings, a TV and relaxing water views.
The first level guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and offers an HDTV and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The primary bedroom is located on the second floor and is furnished with a queen bed. This spacious bedroom features a loft area with an HDTV, a daybed with twin trundle, and an.ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. For your convenience, 55 Shannon Drive offers a full-size washer and dryer and high-speed WIFI is complimentary.
Seagrove is located just off Scenic Highway 30a and only minutes from an abundance of wonderful walking trails, restaurants, bars, art galleries, specialty boutiques and family-friendly festivals. Seagrove is home to two of South Walton’s rare coastal dune lakes and offers convenient access to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Emerald Coast!
CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
