The space
Located directly across 30A from the public beach access, Playa Bonita (Beautiful Beach) Seagrove is the perfect resting spot for your beach getaway. Newly renovated, this Seagrove condo places you conveniently just 100 steps to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and a short walk or bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor.
Playa Bonita Seagrove comfortably sleeps, 6 adults. You must be well rested for endless beach adventures - the master bedroom is appointed with a queen bed topped with extremely comfortable sheets and an HD flat-screen television. There are 2 bunk beds in the hall and a comfy sleeper sofa in the main living area – both with the same exceptional quality of bedding.
Equipped with 4 bar stools, granite countertops, range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker. The kitchen affords you an opportunity to choose to cook a feast or reheat leftovers from one of the many top notch 30A restaurants. The living area has plenty of seating to enjoy a movie or sporting event on an oversized flat screen HD television with DVD player. Adjoining the living area is a nicely appointed balcony perfect for morning coffee talk, reading a good book or escaping for a quick nap.
Playa Bonita Seagrove is equipped with secure high-speed internet access and WiFi, washer and dryer, and much more. You have access to all the upscale amenities of the Cassine development: 2 community pools, tennis courts, basketball court, outdoor grilling area, and nature trails behind Cassine Village.
As previously noted, Cassine Station is located directly across from a public beach access. Equipped with an elevator on the north end of the building, and an observation deck on the south, which is perfect for the beautiful Seagrove Beach sunsets.
