First Floor Features: This newly updated 30A vacation home includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops,stainless steel appliances and high end Calphaloncookware. The private courtyard patio area is equipped with table seating and a grill area. The first floor bedroom includes a queen bed, large TV, and study desk. On the first floor you'll also find a full bathroom and laundry area. The laundry features a full size washer and dryer.
Second Floor Features: On the second floor you'll find a master bedroom with a king bed, large TV, and private balcony. The first guest bedroom features a queen over queen bunk and large TV. There's a shared bathroom between the master bedroom and guest bedroom. The second guest bedroom includes a queen over queen bunk, private bathroom with shower/tub combination. Finally, you'll find and additional covered balcony on the second floor.
A huge 12,000 square foot community pool is nearby for your enjoyment. Take a short stroll to the beach, or have the community beach shuttle pick you up - free of charge, or take a short stroll or bike ride along the paved paths to the shops and restaurants at the adjacent communities of the Village of South Walton and Rosemary Beach. Only 15 minutes to Pier Park, a new complex of shops, restaurants, activities, and a multi-screen theater.
