This spectacular, modern, three-storey villa is located at the top of Altea Hills and offers one of the most beautiful views over the bay from every corner of the house. After you park your car in the covered double parking space with a wonderful sea view, you enter the villa through a large, reinforced door and reach a bright staircase with large windows.
On the first floor, you will find a spacious and very bright living room with double-height ceilings and tall windows, a separate fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances, a separate laundry/storage room, a large master bedroom with wardrobe, and a luxurious bathroom with hydromassage – all with fantastic sea views. From the living room and the master bedroom, you have direct access to a large open terrace with pool and barbecue.
On the lower floor, there are two guest bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a second living room, and a guest bathroom. Each room has access to the terrace. This floor can be used as a separate holiday apartment.
