Located just 1/2 block off Elk Avenue with all that town has to offer in the way of dining and shopping the location couldn't be better. This historical home welcomes your family with a fenced in yard and fabulous private patio with outdoor dining and gas grill. The yard is beautifully landscaped with mature Aspen and pine trees and perennial wildlflower beds. There's even a historical out-building that can house your bikes and gear.
Enter through the living room or kick your shoes off in the mudroom on the side. Whichever way you choose your vacation is off and running. With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths your family has plenty of room to spread out and relax. The living area has vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and oversized smart TV to stay connected to the outside world. Speaking of connectivity, this home also has high speed internet should you need to work from home or the kids need to take a class online.
The dining table has room for everyone and the fullyequipped kitchen with gas stove is ready to help you tackle any recipe. There are two master suites, one is downstairs on the main level and has a queen bed with en-suite bath and the other is upstairs with a king bed and large en-suite bath.
