Summary: We were to check in on Christmas day and the owner reached out to let us know that he could not get anyone to come in and clean the house on Christmas day. He offered us a cleaning refund or the chance to cancel our stay. We had no where else to go last minute with 2 dogs, my parents and my family of four. Mike, the owner also allowed us to come in early to clean the place and we had a late check out. He was very understanding, The home was beautiful and we had plenty of room.
