Condo #303 NEW PROPERTY at Chateau La Mer II is a short walk away from our private beach and offers a quiet retreat when you want to get away from it all.
Beautifully renovated and furnished with new living and dining room furniture, new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, new paint throughout the condo and more.
This unit overlooks the seasonally heated pool(When temperatures allow it to be effective) and is close to pickleball/tennis courts.
Vaulted ceilings and open floor planoffer a spacious comfortable feel
Fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and cookware for preparing your meals
Living room has plenty of comfortable seating to watch a movie after spending a day at the beach
Large master bedroom has a king-size bed & plenty of closet space with a master bath
Large guest room equipped with bunk beds and a separate Queen bed as well.
