To your immediate right is a one story family room consisting of a daybed with trundle, mini fridge, table for 4, with TV and coffee station. A patio is off this family room to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. This ground floor also includes a private king bedroom, flat screen TV and private full bath. Great for grandparents, parents with small children, or anyone wanting their own space! The second floor consists of an open-floor-plan ... family room, kitchen and half bath decorated in refreshing coastal colors, surrounded by windows on 3 sides. A 55" inch TV hangs above the ship lap fireplace surrounded by generous seating for all. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, abundant counter space, and seating for 10. An extended 2nd floor balcony creates a great place to sit with your morning coffee while enjoying the salt air breeze. The 3rd floor consists of a king bedroom with a private shower bath, in addition to a queen bedroom with a private tub/shower combo. Both in beautiful coastal designs, each with their own flat screen TV. This floor also includes a full size washer and dryer. The 4th floor opens to bright airy loft which has a twin over full bunk bed and a half bath. A flat screen TV is mounted on the wall in the loft room and situated to entertain on the 4th floor patio during football season! The outdoor patio has seating for 8 and plenty of room to hang, enjoy appetizers, and feel the ocean breeze. Our home is pet friendly and has a fenced in side and backyard for your furry friends to hang out before taking that 300 step stroll to the beach.
