AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
MAIN LIVING SPACES: Relax in three common living areas, one on each floor. Interior design features custom artwork, stylish wallpaper, shiplap, and premium furnishings throughout.
The primary living space is an open-concept main living area on the first floor. It combines a comfortable living room, a dining area at an oversize island, and a fantastic kitchen, all surrounded by whitewashed shiplap walls. Relax on the seafoam green, sectional sofa for TV time or hang out on bar stool seating at the island for a snack or meal.
