The upstairs master bedroom also equipped with a single sleeper pull out chair. There is a desk for remote working in the master bedroom. Both bedrooms have en suite walk in showers. Master bedroom has a full bath, queen bed, pull out single sleeper chair, gas fireplace, great windows, and wood blinds. 2nd bedroom with queen bed and full bath. The main floor offers a kitchen and living area, half bath, beautiful wood floors, wood blinds, coat hangers and ski storage. The living space is cozy with a modern well equipped kitchen made of cherry cabinets, granite countertops and breakfast bar. It has a small walk out deck off the kitchen with a grill. After a long day of skiing or biking relax in our shared hot tub, exclusively for the use of the 4 Ridge Street Chalet townhomes. You have the best of Breckenridge skiing, dining, coffee shops, and shopping right out your front door. Breck Market & Liquor are conveniently located 1/2 block away. This townhome has one assigned parking spot. Additional cars can be kept in paid overnight in areas designated by the town. Or take a ski shuttle from Denver International Airport and you will not need a vehicle at all during your stay due to the premier location of this property! This unit currently sleeps 5 adults comfortably. Perfect for two couples or a large family.
Guests have easy walking access to the Quicksilver lift. The bus stop across the street will take you to the Gondola.
This home is equipped with quality bed linens and towels. The kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and appliances.
PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more than one car, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot. WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive.
