Welcome to 3's A Charm, where the ocean, the sound, and this elegant beach home are sandwiched together for you to make the memories of a lifetime. Located on 12 South in historic Hatteras Village, 3's A Charm is literally steps away from both the pristine beaches of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore AND the Pamlico Sound, creating one spectacular location that allows you and your guests to have the best of both worlds. A long paved drive makes for plenty of parking with an additional two to three spots underneath the home. Here you will also find storage space for beach equipment, an outdoor shower, and access to the pool area. The home has an elevator that runs from the carport to the top level. A volleyball court in the backyard rests between the pool area and the sound. There are three levels of furnished decks at 3's A Charm, all of which offer magnificent views in all directions. The hot tub sits on the first level deck overlooking the pool area. 3's A Charm hosts six master bedrooms. Bedroom number one is on the first level and is perfect for the kids with two sets on bunk beds, a TV, and access to the first level deck leading to the pool area. Across the hall sits a movie room with a library of DVDs and large, comfy furniture to relax in. Next to that you will find a pub style pool room with a wet bar, sink, full fridge, flat screen TV, and sliding doors to access the deck. The second level of the home contains four bedrooms. All of the rooms are spacious and carry their own individual beach flare. Rooms two and three have queen beds, flat screen TVs, and an ocean view. The next two have king beds, flat screen TVs, and sliding doors to second-level deck access. Reaching the top level, you will find a modern kitchen and living area that is dripping with sophistication. From the wood floors to the stylish furniture, kicking back here with the ocean and sound in the backdrop is out of this world! Imagine preparing breakfast while the sun rises over the ocean in front of you, only to turn around and make dinner with the sunset spanning the sound side horizon. It will leave you speechless! The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, brand new countertops, a four-person breakfast bar, and a ten person dining room table. The final bedroom is just off the kitchen area and has a king bed, Jacuzzi tub, stand up shower, and access to the sundeck. As you can see there is no doubt that this beach house is a true Hatteras Island charm. 3's A Charm is such a unique home in the fact that it sits within a hundred yards of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Pamlico Sound. For vacationers, this offers the perfect dynamic of flexibility between sunbathing on the beach to watersports access on the sound. The endless panoramic views of the sunrise and sunsets from this vantage point truly put the cherry on top of 3's A Charm.
