Summary: Hello, Beautiful apartment in center of Nice close to everything. Apartment in contemporary style nice and clean.Has TV and Internet. Parking on the street some parking you need to pay (exact amount of euro let say 1.30 u need to find 1.30). Owner Patrice very friendly and provides good service.I spent one night there with two kids and wife and I believe need to come back for 9 hours tour which one we missed.I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone. Thanks Patrice and best regards.
