Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in this comfortable apartment, offering a 180 ° view of the Cap d'Antibes to the Lerins Islands, with the Mediterranean and the Lérins islands as a skyline.
The few steps from the front door of the apartment will take you to a beautiful living space sunny all day.
The apartment, located on the 4th (no elevator) and top floor of a small building of 4 units, is duplex with mezzanine (Ideal for children).
Whether you are with family or friends you can stay up to 6 people.
Composed of a large living room with 2 corner sofas facing the sea including a convertible, a big screen TV with international channels via internet and a superb Bluetooth speaker Harman Kardon to listen to your music. Kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped (4 burner hob, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator with freezer compartment ****.
1st room with sea view and hills of Golfe Juan. Equipped with a double bed, TV, closet and air conditioning.
2nd bedroom open mezzanine. Ideal nest for lovers or dream hut for children (Ceiling height less than 1. 80m). Also air-conditioned, it is equipped with a large double bed or 2 single beds to choose from.
Bathroom with shower. Independent toilet.
Of course the wifi connection is free and unlimited and air conditioning available in each room + safe.
Close to all the small shops and supermarkets in Golfe Juan, restaurants facing the sea or the port .... the car is really not mandatory.
Golfe Juan offers multitudes of water activities, private and public beaches.
Well served by train, buses and even boats, you can visit all the coast without worrying about traffic or parking. You will fully enjoy the landscapes and your holidays!

We are 300 meters from the Golfe Juan station and 5 km from the TGV stations of Cannes and Antibes.
We are 25km from Nice airport
The Gulf is very well served by regular shuttles and buses, to visit all the cities of the coast ..... and even Italy.

Summary: Comfortable and modern flat with lovely view. Our flight was adly delayed and we arrived at the flat just before midnight. The delay was not a problem to the owners and Barbara and Pascal arranged a very smooth sign in procedure. We we very hapy about the flat itself, the location and the view. Just do not be schocked about the staircase which has not been renovated and there are some 80 steps before you are in the flat. The flat is very nice and it is the only flat int the highest floor so there is no noice from the neighbourgs. Also the traffic caused no disturbance or noice. we bought a swap with a rod for cleaning the floor as there was no hoover in the flat (the flat was clean when we came but we wanted to keep it clean through our stay). We would recommend this place for everybody else but not for people with knee/healthy problems because of the stairway. Families with small children should keep in mind the stairs and the balcony door. Thank you very much Barbara and Pascal hopefully we are able to come back someday again.
