Venice home is on a lake in a quiet neighborhood close to beaches, golf, restaurants, and bike trails running along the side of the intracoastal waterway. A large community pool, club house, and small boat ramp is also available for launching a kayak, canoe or row-boat into a small river leading to a park. Dogs OK. A spectacular view can be appreciated overlooking the pool and directly beyond the lake taking in a variety of birds making this area their habitat. A large semi-circular driveway provides several parking spaces. GARAGE SPACE IS NOT AVAILABLE due to a car currently in storage. With plenty of additional storage space, the garage stores: beach chairs, coolers, tools and car cleaning supplies, all available for use. This house is also our 2nd home, so you will find a limited supply of spices, refrigerated condiments, laundry, and general cleaning supplies. Nearby are small strip malls containing a Publix food store, Walgreens, gas station, Italian deli, and more.
