Summary: At first everything looked great. The place has four nice size bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. I think because the owner doesn’t live in Phoenix things are not addressed. Broken screen door, broken tv in one of the bedrooms, cushions missing on chairs outside. The biggest thing was the pool not being heated or cleaned. In my option this is unexceptionable & we should be compensated.
