What our guests love about our listing:
- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached.

What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- There are stairs in the home.
- The home has two unique rooms that are spacious but more like long closets. We have used the space to sleep more people with a floor mattress in each closet.
- The home does not have air conditioning.
- It is a duplex with a shared wall.
- The refrigerator's ice maker and water are not usable.
- It's in a neighborhood with the occasional barking dog.
Our house comfortably sleeps 11 guests with 3 king beds in bedrooms, 1 full-size bed and 1 twin bed in the loft, and 2 twin floor mattresses in the 2 large closets.
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.
- This house is set up nicely and is spacious.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Roku TVs, tea, and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, gas stove and dishwasher along with crock pot, glasses, mugs, dishes, and silverware.
