This is a family friendly waterfront property that offers 3 lake houses that can be rented individually or together as a duo or trio to better serve our guests’ group size. The property also offers plenty of parking space for vehicles and boats.
House #1 is a spacious 3 Bed 2 Full Bath home. Bedroom #1 has a full bed, bedroom #2 a queen bed/crib, bedroom #3 (master) has a queen bed/ bunk bed and a queen air mattress for extra guests. Bathroom #1 has a shower/tub combination, sink and toilet. Bathroom #2 (master) has a large tub, shower, toilet and 2 sinks. It offers a spacious living room with a couch, a loveseat and 2 chairs with ottomans; wood burning fireplace and a 50-inch Flat Screen TV with DVD player and Dish Cable TV. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with washer & dryer. We also offer Unlimited Verizon Internet and board games for the raining days. Outside guests can enjoy the shaded wraparound 2-story deck that offers a gas grill (propane provided) and a charcoal grill.
House #2 is a spacious 3 Bed 2 Full Bath home. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 (master) has a queen bed/crib and a queen air mattress for extra guests. There are also 2 bunk beds and a ping pong table in the den. Bathroom #1 has a shower/tub combination, sink and toilet. Bathroom #2 (master) has a large tub, shower, toilet and 2 sinks. It offers a cozy living room with a couch, a chair with an ottoman, Dish Cable TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside guests can enjoy a shaded spacious porch with a gas grill (propane provided) and a charcoal grill.
House #1 capacity is 8 guests (adults and children), House #2 capacity is 10 guests (adults and children), and House #3 capacity is 4 guests (adults and children) comfortably sleeping in beds. There is an extra guest fee of $25 per guest per night for groups larger than 22 guests (adults and children), up to 4 extra guests.
The property also offers plenty of outdoor space with shade trees, outdoor seating, hammock, picnic tables, fire pit, horseshoes, bean bag toss game and washer toss game. A 317 Feet private lighted & covered concrete fishing pier, sandy beach, 3 one seater kayaks, one 2-seater canoe, 13x9 water pad and boat tour to the waterfalls.
The lake is swimming friendly and gets deeper gradually so it is perfect for small kids.
