Beautiful townhouse with panoramic view overlooking Holiday Valley Golf and Ski Resort. This vacation home is conveniently located steps away from Holiday Valley and a short drive from Holimont and the village of Ellicottville, NY. Great distribution of space with large open living rooms located on 2/3 floors to provide ample space for a large group. 3 floor, four bedroom, three bath townhouse is set up for comfort with multiple beds and baths to accommodate a large group for a weekend getaway or a family for a longer stay. 2 outdoor spaces including a upper deck and patio. All new appliances in kitchen and laundry.
Please contact me for parties of ten or more, the unit next door is owned by our friends. Aprés-Ski: The first floor offers a walkout sliding glass door for easy access when coming off the slopes. Complete with a bar and large couches, as well as a full bathroom, this space is inviting and comfortable for after skiing.The Kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher, and fully stocked with cookware, plates/utensils. Extra small appliances include a crock pot, coffee maker and more. TV/Cable on all 3 floors, wireless internet available.

Summary: This home is just beautiful and absolutely perfect for a gathering of family/friends. The host, Sasha, was so very helpful and really fast in responding to any questions!
