The beautiful pool deck is to the right of the driveway and where you will find the entrance to the home. It is surrounded by very nice landscaping, there is an outdoor shower, six lounge chairs and an umbrella table that seats six.
Entering from the pool deck, climb one flight of stairs to the main level. It is an open floor plan with hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings in the living room area with a palm frond ceiling fan. There are two gray sofas, four chairs, a nice leather ottoman, a high-top table for four in the corner and a 75” TV. Enjoy the views of the pool deck from the floor to ceiling windows. Behind the French style doors is the first bedroom featuring a queen bed, chair and mounted 32” TV. The bathroom has shared access with the hallway by the kitchen. It has a single vanity and a walk-in shower. The dining room offers a large wood table that has seven chairs plus a bench seat. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find a U-shaped Island with four chairs, tiled counters and stainless-steel appliances. Using the door in the kitchen, walk downstairs to the laundry room where there is an extra refrigerator, washer and dryer. On the other side of the dining room is a door that leads to the outdoor deck that brings you to the pool. The deck has a round umbrella table for four and a Weber gas grill.
Back inside, going up to the 2nd floor in the loft there are two chairs and a shelf full of books. A great place to escape and read. There are three bedrooms on this level. The first has a king bed, chair and 48” Roku TV. The private bathroom has a walk-in closet, double vanities and a walk-in shower. The next bedroom has a queen bed, chair and mounted 32” TV. It shares a bathroom with the last bedroom. The bathroom has a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The last bedroom has a king bed, chair and 43” Roku TV.
The 5th bedroom is out in an attached guest cottage. This private space is great if you are traveling with the in-laws or maybe another couple. It has a blue/green queen sleeper sofa, a daybed and a mounted 50” TV in the living room. The kitchenette has a sink, microwave and mini fridge with a café style round table for two. The bathroom has a single vanity and walk-in shower. In the bedroom you will find a king bed and 32” TV.
The home is located within walking distance to Coligny Plaza where you will find shopping, dining, local entertainers, a local coffee shop, two ice cream shops and the grocery store. The home is also located within walking distance to tennis and a fitness center, and the bike path is located across the street. There are 55 miles of paved bike paths on the island.
