Welcome to Escape by KLMJ Sunshine! This is a completely renovated 3-bedroom condo in the beautiful gated community of Windsor Hills, just two miles from Disney. Enjoy the massive heated pool, brand new water park, large playground, tennis and basketball courts, mini-golf, arcade, movie theatre, fitness center, and restaurant.
Minutes away from restaurants, entertainment, retail, groceries, Costco, hospital, and everything you could ever need.

***Please note that the Windsor Hills Resort main pool will be undergoing resurfacing from Sep 5 - Oct 5, 2024. During this time the water park will be open and the intent is to keep the hot tub and lounge areas open.***
Your home away from home is totally renovated: Granite in the kitchen & baths, stainless appliances, new flooring, fresh paint, and professionally designed; you'll love that the kitchen wall has been removed, creating a huge counter space that doubles as a bar-height eating area. Your condo is in one of two buildings closest to the pool & waterpark (building 7) and your balcony faces away from all the noise for a quiet, relaxing evening.
Parking is free on the resort. Guests may park one vehicle directly at the condo entrance and other vehicles may be parked for free in the additional parking lot (close by and free). Larger vehicles like RVs or vehicles with trailers must be parked in the additional lot.
Access to the front door is by key code, which is provided a couple days before check-in.
We have professional property managers available if any concerns arise.
Located in the beautiful gated resort of Windsor Hills (just 2 miles from Disney). Centrally located and close to shopping, grocery, golf, tons of attractions, etc.
Incredible resort pool and waterpark (free access included).
Guests are required to read and sign a rental agreement. The resort is a gated community and security requires guests to be registered ahead of time. Information like guest names and ages will be required, in addition to the primary booking person's address.
The condo is professionally managed and cleaned. Guests will have access to a property manager during business hours (and at all times in cases of property emergencies).
