Positive: Everything you needed was available.
Negative: It was surface clean, but it needs a deep clean. I didn’t feel comfortable using the ceiling fan in the living area. Couldn’t use the deck furniture because it was dirty. I had to wipe the refrigerator out because of spillage from previous renters. That was fine because I always clean the fridge before using, but I didn’t go on vacation to scrub. It needs some simple cosmetic updates. Replace the yellow ottoman/coffee table with a simple table that can the wiped off after a spill. The yellow fabric is stained and immediately makes the room look unkept, and impractical tufted top invites spills. Paint refresh is needed also.
Summary: Great location to AT&T stadium.
