Villa Sarajen is a 3 bedroom detached villa with a private pool and sea views. The villa is situated in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan, in a peaceful, elevated location, which affords spectacular sea views and views across the whole of Kalkan. Entrance off Vatan Caddesi gives access to the villa via mature gardens. The private swimming pool, which is bathed in sunshine throughout the day, has ample sun loungers and parasols to provide shade. There is also a pergola covering the outdoor dining table and chairs, which again provides shade from the Kalkan sun. The ground floor of the villa consists of; kitchen , dining table and chairs, downstairs toilet, lounge area with comfortable seating and 55 " flat screen Smart tv with English Channels/dvd/wifi. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms with access to individual balconies. Both bedrooms are ensuite with shower facilities. On the upper floor there is a third bedroom with two single beds. This floor also gives access to a roof terrace, with seating, from where the spectacular sunsets over Kalamar can be enjoyed. Getting into town is a 10-15 minute downhill walk. En-route you will pass many restaurants, bars and shops that can easily be missed by those who simply frequent the 'The Old Town'.
