The Villa is located on the edge of Mt. Cofano nature reserve, one of the most beautiful maritime protected areas of Sicily. If you are looking for a villa that will allow you to live surrounded by unspoilt nature, and yet without giving up any comfort, this is perfect in every way.
The house accommodates up to 8 guests and features an elegant swimming pool 4m X 8M with sun loungers, umbrellas, that faces directly towards the beach, which is within walking distance.
The decking and terrace areas surely are the best place to enjoy the panoramic views, but you will get a great view on the coast from every corner of the garden. The landscape is particularly evocative in the evening when the sun is going down into the sea. A breath taking setting for a late swim or a Sicilian style aperitivo.
The garden is adorned by palms and Mediterranean plants, it features also a beautiful veranda, furnished with table and chairs, and an outdoor kitchen with brick BBQ and wood oven.
The house is on two storeys. On the ground floor you will the living room featuring a dining area that faces the garden, the kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Downstairs on the lower floor there are the three double bedrooms and the second bathroom with shower. One of the rooms includes a convertible sofa and a spare bed that can accommodate children or 2 additional guests. Air conditioing in the hallway only.
