Entertainment-packed private home just 20 minutes from Austin Airport, Downtown Austin, UT Stadium, F1 Circuit of the Americas. Enjoy a private pool, game room, gym, office, full kitchen, coffee bar & large private yard. The spacious, gorgeously decorated interior features luxury furniture and 85” 4k TV with 3D surround sound. Sleeps 8-10 comfortably - King in the master suite, Queen in bedroom two, and bedroom three has a King and 2 Twin beds (trundle). Plus a comfy Queen pull out couch. The booking rate is ONLY for registered guests, up to 8 people. No other guests are allowed even if they don’t stay the night. If you would like to host a gathering or event (such as a BBQ with friends, reunion, family gathering, bday party, etc.) there is an additional event fee ($25 per person during a 4 hour time block) and extra $150 cleaning fee. Please send an inquiry with event details (type of event, number of people and date/time requested) if interested. THREE BEDROOMS: -Master Bedroom has a luxury King bed, reading chaise and garden view. Private Italian marble dual head shower with bench in the attached Master Bathroom. His and her vanities. Lots of closet space.
-Guest Room 1 has a Queen bed with lots of closet space.
-Guest Room 2 is a large room with a King bed and 2 Twin beds (trundle) that can be a reading area or perfect for sleeping two kids. Very comfy mattresses (maybe the best in the house haha)!

Blow up bed available for this room. Large desk area with monitor hookup. Quiet and perfect for videoconferencing.
Family Room
Coffee bar with Breville coffee pot (gourmet beans included) and Keurig quick brew. Sitting area with a cozy fireplace. Large selection of games (many family friendly board games and/or adult “cards against humanity” type games too). There is a queen size memory foam pull out couch for additional sleeping space.
TV Room
4k 85” Samsung Neo QLED TV with Dolby Atmos 5.1 Surround Sound home theatre system for a movie theater experience! Power reclining couch has 2 chaise recliners and two regular recliners. Fits 4-8 people. Open concept with lots of light and a gorgeous view of the backyard. TV visible from kitchen and dining table.
Game Room & Gym
Detached 1000 square foot garage converted into a game room and gym.
Game room includes a 75” 4k Samsung TV with premium Dolby Surround Sound. Gorgeous full sized pool table, regulation sized shuffleboard, (real) darts, pop a shot and a custom built bar with 6 swivel stools. Open the garage door for indoor/outdoor fun together while you play cornhole on the patio outside. Or sit around the fire pit and roast marshmallows while looking at the stars on a peaceful night.
Gym is 400 square foot and plenty of room for 3-5 people at a time. Includes a universal cable machine, full exercise band setup, pull up bar and more.
Outside
Backyard is spacious and private with fully enclosed privacy fencing. At night the entire backyard is lit with soft string lights for a magical experience.
Pool is perfect for families to cool off on a hot Austin day.
The hot tub fits 8-10 comfortably. Hot tub can be used for an extra $50 fee per 3 hour time block.
