Welcome to Indigo Reef, an ultra private enclave of 67 luxury townhomes carefully situated on 15 acres of lush landscaped grounds boasting some of the best open Gulf views in Marathon! Drive through the gate and arrive in at this Middle Keys Gulf-front paradise! Conveniently located in Marathon you are close to all the ammenities including the private airport, but also feel like you are on your own private island oasis.
This 1600 square foot townhome offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. A spacious open floor plan allows you to take in the beautiful views of the grounds and water. Downstairs you will find a very well-equipped kitchen, half bathroom, eat in breakfast bar with granite countertops, large dining area with seating for 6, and a large living space with Flat screen TV. Through the french doors you will find an expansive open air balcony with comfortable seating to view the fabulous Florida Keys sunsets.
Upstairs awaits all three bedrooms, with a split bedroom floor plan. A luxurious, private master suite with King bed overlooking the Gulf and balcony is waterside, and two guests bedrooms are streetside. There is also a full size, front load washer and dryer in the unit. Truly everything you need for a dream vacation. All bedrooms have smart Tv's.
The outdoor space expands over 15 acres and your 2 beautiful balconies allow you to take it all in. Huge gated pool area with excellent outdoor furniture.
