The 2 large bedrooms has spacious seating area with lounge chairs and tables, small bedroom with table and chair, NO living room. Newly renovated kitchen, hardwood floors throughout, and washer dryer in the kitchen. Location is ideal, situated next to St Elizabeth's convent, also property is elevated from street, beautiful tall bay windows allows plenty of natural light and ventilation. This area parking is by permit only for residents Mon -Friday 9am-4pm, they allow parking for visitors for 2 hours, also you must move car 4 times a week to allow for street sweeping, and you could apply for zone permit, there's paid parking garage just 1 block away parking garage is your best bet worry free! Great location just minutes from your door, with access to public transportation, walk less than 5 minutes to Journal sq Path train station ( $2.75 train fare, each way) 1 stop by path train to jersey city downtown grove st many restaurants and cafes, WTC center 10 min by train, 22 min to 33rd st midtown, shuttle buses to Times sq 20 min. walk to all shops and restaurants, and supermarket, just 1 block away short walk. Summary: Nice little apartment, probably the nicest on the street. It was clean and well kept. Conveniently close to the path station. Definitely a local neighborhood; it’s easy to stick out as a tourist and get some stares.
