You will love the space and lighting in this space! The Guest room also has a Queen bed and its own TV, en suite bathroom and plenty of storage. The Bunk Room has a Twin Over Twin bunk bed with direct access to the bathroom. Wake up with the option of brewing coffee in the standard pot or making a cappuccino/latte drink with the Nespresso, including aeroccino (Don't forget to bring your Nespresso pods!!). On cold, cloudy days warm up next to the fireplace watching your favorite movie with the family. Lounge on the deck sipping mimosas or eating dinner at the table as you soak in the views. Shores of Panama is a 18th- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space, indoor and outdoor with hot tubs, modern fitness center with brand new equipment and 2 poolside Tiki bars. There are beachside activities and water-sports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides reserved, covered parking and facilities for large events.
Just steps away from everything you could need- Walmart is across the street, and you are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar is just steps away, as is Ripley's Museum, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini golf and tons of restaurants. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM RESORT: The resort will be performing a multitude of improvements starting on 9/24/24 - 3/26/26. In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco façade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival.

Renter must be at least 18, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional $500 security deposit and photo ID will be required that must be paid to the management company. This fee is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition and no damages or excessive cleaning is found.
Shores of Panama charges a flat rate $100 resort fee. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in. You must register your vehicles in order to receive the Parking Pass with this Unit.
