This conveniently positioned cottage is ideal for small families or groups of friends who want to be close to the beach. Westward Ho! with two miles of golden sands offers excellent facilities and is perfect for both those who want to learn to surf and lounge in the sun. The coast path from Westward Ho! offers stunning scenery and leads all the way to the pretty cliff side town of Clovelly. If you re with small children various children s activities are seasonally organised by the Northam Burrows County Park. For those who like golf try a round at the oldest links course in the UK at the Royal North Devon Golf Club. Upon entering the property you will arrive at the porch area which is a great place to leave your sandals or wellies. A small step takes you into the property and a stable door which has a low head height welcomes you into the property. The large lounge has a log burner Freeview TV/DVD and a selection of DVDs books games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained. If you would prefer to stay in and cook than go out the well equipped kitchen/diner has a gas range-style oven with gas hob fridge/freezer washer/dryer dishwasher microwave hi-fi and many other useful extras. There is a small step up into the conservatory where there is seating and French doors leading to outside and a separate WC. Upstairs you can find one king-size bedroom one twin with room with room for a travel cot and one small twin bedroom. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over and there is a separate WC. Outside is a small enclosed gravelled area with seating BBQ rear pedestrian access and an outdoor shower which is perfect for washing of sandy toes and salty wetsuits. There is nearby roadside parking available. Need to know: 3 bedrooms, 1 kingsize, 2 twins. 1 bathroom with shower over bath and 2 separate WCs, 1 outside shower. Kitchen with gas range style oven with gas hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Range of games, books, DVDs and puzzles for guests to use.
