Positive: It's in a very good location, quiet but not far from anything. The flat was clean, the heating worked perfectly and it was easy to communicate with the owner. We even got a little welcome package! :)) For the price it's a good place, but there are some small things that could make the place a lot better.
Negative: Honestly it's the small things. 1.) The flat desperately needs coat hangers and a chair in the hall, as right now there is no place to put your coats or to sit down to put on your shoes. 2.) There are no spare sheets or blankets which was a problem for us. 3.) There is a dishwasher, but it did not work. There was also no dishwashing soap or sponge to wash the dishes. 4.) The flat has 2 very small trash cans (one in the kitchen, one in the bathroom) and no extra trash bags. This is really not enough for a flat that can house 8 people. 5.) The shower was leaking at the bottom.
Summary: Nice place, but could improve on some small things.
