This three bedroom apartment has a large wraparound terrace with fabulous sea views. It is in a perfect location for walking distance to the beach , the village of La Cala de Mijas and there are bars , supermarkets and restaurants a few minutes walk from the urbanization.
The apartment is on the second floor and has fabulous sea views and has sunshine from morning to evening. The lounge diner leads of onto the terrace , it has a comfortable seating and dining area with flat screen tv , Wi-fi and a good selection of tv channels via the IPTV box.
The kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer , oven and hob and a washing machine. There is a microwave, kettle and toaster and crockery, cutlery and glasses. There is also access to the terrace from the kitchen for al fresco dining.
The master bedroom has a large super king bed, fitted wardrobes and has an en suite bathroom. There are two twin rooms sharing a bathroom with a shower. The terrace has a dining table , sunbeds and a grill for outdoor cooking.
The complex has a large pool and a children's pool and communal gardens for your enjoyment. There is a bus stop in right in front where every 30 mins buses take you to Marbella or across the road to Fuengirola. The nearest supermarket is next door to the complex and on the other side there is a commercial area with popular bars and restaurants. There are a variety of restaurants , hairdressers around the apartment.
La Cala de Mijas has a long sandy beach and has a boardwalk stretching along the coast so you can enjoy a stroll along the beach and find your favourite beach bar. The village itself offers lots of choice for eating and drinking , Olivia`s La cala and Legends offer live entertainment , Tikus and Pura Sangre for Spanish modern dining. Then little Geranium and Joffrey´s for upmarket cuisine or for value for money try a menu of the day at Venta Sorroche.
