Explore the picturesque village with its pubs and coffee houses set around a traditional village green. Peddars Way and Norfolk Coastal Path on the doorstep. Summary: Comfortable and spacious for a family stay and had all the essentials needed. Nice quiet location with walks by the Ford and into Castle Acre. We travelled with a crawling baby and managed fine and used a wooden folding chair in cupboard as a makeshift baby gate for the stairs which was handy. Tiled flooring all downstairs and some steps so toddling infants may find it difficult. We used the highchair but took our own travel cot (although there are 2 travel cots stored under bed). Was lovely and warm inside the cottage and easy to turn heating up and down. Needs a good dust in places but it didnt bother us as the main things like kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. Welcome treats were a nice surprise. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.
