Ideal for extended families who want a bit of space, the property is a combination of two first floor apartments, the first is accessed via an external staircase, and has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower over bath and a lovely view over the garden from its balcony in the open plan living room/kitchen. A second apartment also on the first floor is accessed through the large games room on the ground floor via a spiral staircase and comprises a double bedroom on open plan to a seating area and kitchenette, along with a separate shower room. Families and friends can get together and enjoy the brilliant facilities which include a proper cinema room, complete with plush seats and large screen as well as a dedicated games room with table tennis and table football.
