Bramble House is a stunning luxurious property decorated to a high standard, set in the quaint village of Assington. A stones throw away from the house are fantastic walks such as the Assington Thicks which is great for dogs and to quench your thirst and appetite, why not try out the local pub or the tea room/restaurant in Assington. You can then call in to the local farm shop selling local produce, all within 100 yards of Bramble House. Further afield, the town of Sudbury is situated approximately 5 miles away and is home of Thomas Gainsborugh. The town offers restaurants, shops and boat hire on the Water Meadows. You can also enjoy the historic villages of Lavenham, Long Melford, Clare and Cavendish, where the streets are lined with timber-framed buildings and where there are eating and drinking opportunities galore. For more of a coastal scene, drive to Frinton and enjoy the well-managed coastline all within 28 miles. The owners have a beach hut at Walton which is available for guests to use (at cost, by arrangement with owner). This wonderful holiday home has so much to offer. Inside Bramble House there is a modern country-style kitchen with range cooker and utility room, a wooden floored hallway, generous dining room and a snug/play room, which is great for kids. A cosy living room with wood burner has French doors leading to the enclosed garden and patio area. Upstairs is a sumptuous master bedroom with en-suite shower room, a spacious family bathroom with shower cubicle, a good sized double bedroom and a small twin bedroom, which makes Bramble House the ideal place to relax in style and comfort. Outside, guests have use of the garage with table tennis, dart board and a gas barbecue. Shop, pub and restaurant 100 yards. Free WiFi There are 2 steps to entrance and a ramp.
