The space
The home has 3 bedrooms and a pull out sofa in the living room. There are 2 work desks, a formal dining room and a formal TV room for your enjoyment. There is a pool and an outdoor shower.
LOCATION: The property is just a short 30-minute drive to Miami Beach and downtown Miami, 22 minutes from MIA (60 minutes from FLL) Smart, keyless entry for easy check-in/check-out process.
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days before check in for availability.
MASTER BEDROOM: Features a queen bed and spacious walk in closet. There is an ensuite bathroom with a large tub.
SECOND BEDROOM: Features a queen size bed.
THIRD BEDROOM: Features a full size bed.
LIVING ROOM: Features a queen sofa bed for 2 additional guests. There is a second living room /media room downstairs with a large sectional sofa for ample seating smart TV and work desk with high speed internet. There is also a washer and dryer for your use in the lower living room.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with all you'd need to cook a meal in and kitchen seating for 4. There is a coffee machine as well as pots, pans and everything else you'd like in a kitchen for cooking. There is also a formal dining table area with more ample seating for larger groups.
OUTDOOR SPACE: The pool is not heated and please note the hot tub is not functional. There is a BBQ area with great seating for spending an afternoon grilling outdoors.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi (100+ Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Pictured toiletries, linens and towels included. Please note, washcloths are not included in our linen and towel services.
PARKING: There is parking for 2 cars in front of the gate for the entrance to the home. There is also a carport but the carpost is not available for use as the gate does not work.
PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly property. Pet fee: $150 per pet, regardless of breed or size. Pet weight and size restrictions may apply, please check with us.
PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: You can order packages to be left at the door. This is a standalone property. There is no front desk or doorman. Package retrieval and lost packages are the guest's responsibility.
EXTRAS: We offer concierge services to our guests, so if you'd like to book a service like a boat, a chef or a massage you can let us know and our concierge can arrange this and more for you. Please note that these are local, third party services that the managing host is assisting to arrange, and is NOT affiliated with the property owner. By booking any of the available add-ons the renter understands they are not affiliated with the property owner, and the guest/renter agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless the property owner for any and all claims related to any third-party activities.
SAFETY: We follow all CDC regulations for cleaning and sanitation. Feel safe staying here as all precautionary measures are taken to ensure disinfectant surfaces in the unit. *This property has surveillance cameras on its exterior.*
GUEST SCREENING: You may be required to follow a check in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method and booking prior to receiving your check in instructions. Once you pass the screening process your booking will be confirmed.
PLEASE NOTE: No smoking in unit and noise level after 10pm must be low in respect to the neighbors.
The Climate and Bugs
Florida has one of the most incredible tropical climates which allows for that Summer feel all year round. However, be sure to layer on the sunscreen and keep hydrated as it can get quite hot and humid here in the sun, and be mindful of the occasional tropical rainstorms. We are lucky to have such an incredibly diverse ecosystem here in Miami, with a variety of different plants, lizards, bugs, and more. All of our properties are inspected often, and treated with pest control once a month. We share this as you may see some of these local "visitors" from time to time but we do work to mitigate and treat them regularly. :)

Guests have access to the entire home, pool and garden.

Although the property is an instant rental, it’s possible there can be another pending application. If the home is not available, we can offer you another suitable option or you can cancel for free.
House Rules.
The refundable policy is as follows:
1. 100% refund less the service fee if you cancel 30 days prior to move-in.
2. 100% refund less the service fee if you are not approved to rent or the home is unavailable.
3. Not refundable if you are within 30 days from arrival or if you signed the leased with the Agent (whichever comes first).
Please note this property may require a tenant screening at an extra cost to you. You will be required to sign a lease with the landlord. Security deposit vary and range from USD 500 up to one full month rent that is payable directly to the landlord.
