3 Bedroom House in Los Mojones, Puerto del Carmen

Villa Rosa Verde is ideally situated in the exclusive Los Mojones area which offers peace and tranquility yet is within easy access of the Old Town and it's many restaurants, bars and shops. The villa is on one level surrounded by a wall which gives you total privacy. This very spacious and comfortable villa sleeps up to 6 and comprises of two bedrooms with king size beds and en-suite shower rooms plus one large twin bedroom and a large family bathroom with bath/shower. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, fan oven and a breakfast bar. The utility room/drying area houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board. The large lounge /dining area with comfortable leather sofas, 65" Smart TV (Satellite TV with sports channels, movies and the usual BBC, ITV. FIBRE OPTIC WiFi/Internet. The lounge looks on to a covered terrace, ideal for "al fresco" dining and also on to the spacious pool deck area with comfortable sun loungers and stone built BBQ . The electrically heated pool (29° from October to May. If you would like your pool heated in June, July, August or September there would be an added charge of 70 Pounds per week) which has just been completely refurbishedand is 7.5 metres long by 3.5 metres wide with Roman steps at one end for easy access.(Pool towels are supplied!) Also, we pop in a "welcome pack" for you to enjoy on arrival. Each bedroom has a mobile fan.There is also a safe and a hairdryer. You can park your car directly outside the front gate.

Summary: The best property hosts we have ever dealt with. They were very attentive and provided very detailed instructions on how to reach the villa. There was a lovely welcome pack waiting for us which we enjoyed. The villa had everything we needed and we made good use of the BBQ. The ‘handy shopping trolley’ was very useful and a great source of entertainment also. Would highly recommend to anyone and if this is your first time using Vrbo then Nikki is a great host who makes everything run smoothly.
