Nicely furnished and decorated Townhome in the popular development of Whitehawk Ranch. Home is in great condition and very comfortable. The 2,135 SF of living space contains one large master bedroom and bath with oversized soaking tub and separate shower. There are also two other separate bedrooms each with its own private bath, and both have a shower/tub combo. There is a half bath in the hallway. Home also has a large kitchen, living room and separate dining area. Geothermal heating and cooling and a wood burning fireplace and vaulted ceiling in the living room. Access to an elevated deck from the dining area overlooking forested open space with plenty of opportunity for wildlife viewing. This particular townhome has more privacy off the back deck. Whitehawk Ranch is well known for its Championship golf course surrounded by beautiful mountain views. Amenities and activities within the development include an outdoor swimming pool with hot tub, cabana and men's and women's changing rooms, tennis courts, bocce ball and numerous hiking trails.
