ALTHOUGH THE HOME HAS BEEN INSPECTED AND IS UP TO CODE, PLEASE BE ADVISED THIS HOUSE WOULD NOT BE SUITABLE FOR THOSE WHO HAVE A HARD TIME GOING UP AND DOWN STAIRS, INDIVIDUALS WITH ANY PHYSICAL PERMANT OR TEMPORARY IMPAIRMENTS AS WELL AS THOSE WITH SMALL INFANTS OR ELDERLY***

Please keep in mind that you’re vacationing in beautiful, sunny Florida. We have a tropical climate. We get A-LOT of rain and Florida is home to many bugs and critters. We do have pest control that comes every month as well as a pool service that comes every week.
We try to control debris in the pool as much as possible as well as keep critters away.
